Alyssa L. Romero
Alyssa L. Romero was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, specifically
in Brownsville, Texas where she graduated from Hanna High School in 2007.
She then went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin earning a
Bachelor of Arts in Government in 2010.
Alyssa quickly began law school in the fall of 2010 at Thurgood Marshall
School of Law. During law school, Alyssa received a CALI Award for earning
the highest grade in her class for Wills, Trusts, and Estates and was
on the Dean's list several semesters and studied abroad in Madrid, Spain
with William and Mary School of Law. During her third year of law school,
Alyssa began clerking at Farah Law where she was able to gain a lot of
experience. Alyssa graduated Cum Laude in 2013. After receiving her Juris
Doctorate and passing the Texas Bar Exam in 2013, Alyssa was hired by
Farah Law to work in the McAllen office. Alyssa primarily practices personal
injury cases, real estate transactions, school law and manages both the
McAllen and Brownsville offices.
